Welcome to SnappySteps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of snappysteps.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by SnappySteps ("we", "us", "our"). Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online store platform and checkout. You can reach us at erkinkurfal@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by a small amount. Product images, including lifestyle and styled photos, are for illustration. Our slippers are designed for indoor use.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, bundles and promotions may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout as described on the product page. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm that it is your own, truthful and does not break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to display and share it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial, without payment. We do not edit reviews in a way that changes their meaning, and we may decline to publish content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

9. Intellectual property

The SnappySteps name, logo, Site design, text, graphics and images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnappySteps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SnappySteps harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to orders placed after that date.
